2025 Vision Board

A Vision Board is a powerful visual tool that represents your goals, aspirations, and intentions. It typically includes a curated collection of images, words, and symbols that reflect what you aim to attract or accomplish in your life.

You can use it to create a big-picture vision for 2025 and beyond, or take a more structured approach by setting monthly intentions. Personally, I’ve found that having a calendar with space to write out goals and reflections can be especially helpful.

Both a printable vision board template and a monthly calendar are available below—completely free to download and use.

The Social Identity Theory is a psychological concept that explains how people's sense of who they are is influenced by the groups they belong to.   This exercise helps cultivate a sense of belonging—an essential outcome of many OD practices that contribute to a strong and cohesive organizational culture.

Part I: The Swimmer, The Whale, and The Sea

This is a powerful, story-based team building experience designed for teams and leaders who want to build healthier, more inclusive cultures.

Through metaphor and guided reflection, we uncover hidden dynamics: who gets heard, who gets sidelined, and how your team’s “sea” shapes it all.

Perfect for organizations ready to move beyond surface-level teamwork and build environments where everyone can rise.

Part II: The Swimmer, The Whale, and The Sea

This is the facilitator's guide to a  team building experience that uses storytelling to explore workplace dynamics. These notes will help you lead meaningful conversations about voice, power, and culture in teams.

Inside, you’ll find suggested prompts, timing guides, and tips for creating a safe, engaging space for reflection.

Your role is not to give answers—but to help the team see their own story more clearly.

Let’s begin.
