Coaching that Moves People Forward

Safinaz has been my executive coach for the past 6 months.  Working with her has helped me improve my journey as a Practice Manager.  She has provided me with tasks that have helped me enhance my time management skills and also equipped me with effective strategies to resolve conflicts across our various office locations.  Her guidance has been instrumental in helping me navigate complex situations with confidence and clarity.

Safinaz and I have had a number of personal and professional relationships. We started off as colleagues, became friends, I mentored her through her HR Certification, and then she Coached me at a low period of my professional career and helped me through a transition. We are now soulmates and count on each other for professional advice and friendship.
