What is life coaching?
Life coaching is a transformative process that helps individuals achieve their personal and professional goals. Through guided sessions, a life coach provides support, strategies, and accountability to help clients overcome obstacles and make positive changes in their lives.
How is life coaching different from consulting or mentoring, or therapy?
Here’s a simple definition: Coaching is an action-oriented goal-based approach to help you achieve transformation, and in this, the coach will be your partner and guide. Unlike mentoring, consulting, or therapy, where someone is giving advice and telling you what to do and how to do it, you will decide your own way forward. Also therapy is focused on the past, while coaching is present and future focused.
What's the difference between life and organizational development coaching?
Life coaching focuses on the individual—helping them navigate personal and professional challenges, clarify goals, and grow. Organizational development (OD) coaching builds on those same foundations but is focused on the organization as the client. In OD coaching, individuals are supported in developing their strengths and overcoming obstacles in order to contribute more effectively to the organization’s success. In coaching, employees are guided through a thought-provoking process that helps them gain clarity, explore options, and take ownership of their growth. A coach asks powerful questions, listens deeply, and helps the employee discover their own answers. The focus is on building self-awareness, accountability, and confidence. Coaches refrain from giving advice.
Why did you choose "let success and wellness coexist" as your tagline?
When people are asked, “Are you happy at work?”—the most common answers are, “Not really,” or “I’m just here for the paycheck.” Hearing this so often made me pause. Why do so many people feel disconnected, drained, or unfulfilled in a place they spend most of their waking hours?
That question became the foundation of my work. I believe your success shouldn’t come at the expense of your wellbeing. And I don’t think you have to choose between achieving your goals and feeling whole, healthy, and purposeful.
That’s why my guiding philosophy is simple: Let success and wellness coexist. Whether you’re navigating career challenges, leadership pressure, or a toxic work culture, I partner with you to clarify what truly matters—and help you create a path that supports both performance and personal alignment. Because when we feel well, we lead well. And when we lead well, everything else starts to change; you are happy and motivated, you deliver more, and you get back more.

How often do I need to meet with my life coach?
The frequency of coaching sessions depends on the individual and their goals. Some clients prefer to meet weekly, while others may meet monthly.
What kind of results can I expect from life coaching?
Results vary depending on individual goals and commitment. Clients often see improvements in areas such as career development, personal growth, relationships, and overall wellbeing. The outcome weighs heavily on client commitment in executing agreed upon action steps.
Is everything confidential?
All conversations are absolutely confidential between you and your coach. In fact, we will ask you to sign a two-way confidentiality agreement. We adhere to the ICF ethical guidelines. More is explained in the OLC Policy which you will receive after our first call.
What if I decide I don’t want coaching anymore, do I get a refund?
According to our policy, no refunds will be issued. However for any unused hours, you can gift them to someone else, as long as they are also interested and willing to be coached.
What if I felt like I didn’t benefit from the coaching?
This is something important to discuss with your coach, as great coaches always value and welcome feedback. Coaching is a collaborative, action-oriented process that involves setting goals, taking actionable steps, and maintaining accountability. It also requires a strong commitment from the client. To ensure coaching aligns with your needs and goals at this time in your life, you’ll have an initial Discovery Call to determine if it’s the right fit for you.
